The VersaDesk Complete Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your VersaDesk purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the order being received (provided that it is not damaged in the return process). Products may not be returned without an RMA form issued by an authorized VersaDesk agent. 30 days to return Versa Desk(s) from the date order received to the close of the 30-day window. If the return is made beyond the 30-day return window, a 18% restocking fee will be charged. If  more than one desk ordered, only 1 of the boxes (desk) can be opened and the remainder must be left in there box unopened. Customer will be credited back the amount originally charged minus the shipping cost after we have received the product back in our facility.  Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping & handling fees for the item to be sent to us for return. 

How to Request a Return:

If you feel you have received a product with any type of defect, please contact us at (800)465-1660 or email us at [email protected]. Our Customer Service agents are committed to resolving your problem as quickly as possible.

  • Call VersaDesk Customer Support at 1(800)465-1660 to request an RMA number.
  • You need to obtain an RMA form from Customer Support, this form must be included with your return shipment.
  • Please Note: A credit will not be issued without an RMA number.
